QUALITY STANDARDS, CLASSIFICATION AND REGISTRATIONS

Mexico's Bureau of Standards establishes standards for the manufacture of products sold in Mexico, from textiles to beverages to electronics. We help our many foreign clients who export goods for sale in Mexico to register their products and obtain the necessary approvals.

The Board of Health requires registration of all pharmaceutical products for sale domestically. We guide our clients through the registration and approval process and represent them in agency rulings, adjudicatory proceedings and in litigation.
