In order to promote European investment in Latin America in general, especially in Mexico, in 1971 a liaison and promotion office was established in Paris, France. We organize seminars as well as visits to diferent European Union countries where interest has been shown in investing in Mexico, explaining the legal framework that governs foreign investment in all kinds of activities. This office will be of special importance since the entry into force of the Mexico-European Union Free Trade Agreement. Furthermore, the representation office also has been very useful for Mexican and other Latin American investors in the European Union. |
