She specializes in industrial property rights; intellectual property protection; registration and prosecution of trademarks, slogans and trade names; maintenance of trademarks, slogan and trade names (licensing, assignments, mergers, coexistence agreements, letters of consent); trademark and patent infringement; trademark litigation.
