Bio
Sergio Canalizo joined the Firm in 2006 and since then he specializes in intellectual and industrial property litigation and in all types of contentious proceedings in intellectual property matters before all instances, such as the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, National Copyright Institute, Federal Court of Administrative Justice, District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts. He has particular experience in intellectual property violations, through administrative declaration of infringement proceedings in trademark and patent matters and administrative declaration of infringement proceedings in commercial matters and expertise in conducting inspection visits throughout the Mexican Republic.
