She specializes in Intellectual Property rights; intellectual property protection; national and foreign slogan and trade names filing and prosecution; industrial property maintenance (licensing, assignments, mergers, coexistence agreements, letters of consent); trademark infringement; National and foreign IP filing, prosecution and maintenance.
