Edgar Centeno joined the Firm in 2018. He specializes in infrastructure and energy, public procurement procedures, and commercial matters in general, Edgar has participated in advising various national and international companies for the creation of their internal legal structures, including labor, corporate and regulatory compliance perspectives.
