Biografía
Jesús Escobar joined the Firm in 2019. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law; Industrial Property Protection; registration and maintenance of trademarks; preservation of trademark rights, (licenses, transfers of rights, mergers, coexistence agreements, letters of consent, renewals); response to authority issued official actions; management of trademark proceedings, namely renewals, declarations of use, oppositions and negotiations abroad.
