Bio
Stephany Ibarra joined the Firm in 2021. She specializes in intellectual property matters; particularly in litigation before various instances such as the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and Federal Circuit Courts. She collaborates in prosecution of patents and industrial designs, as well as registration of licenses and transfers of industrial property rights in Mexico and Latin American countries.
