Israel Trejo Peimbert joined the Firm in march 8, 2021. He specializes in trademark and copyright law. He counsels clients of all types and sizes in a variety of industries on different aspects of brand protection in Mexico, including trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, reporting trademark office actions, use, due diligence reviews, assignment of rights, maintenance, declarations of use for national and international registrations designating Mexico, as well as unfair competition and false advertising.
